The Quality assurance system is continuously improved on the base of analysis of data collected from the records of quality, conformity assessment of the system, customer complaints and objections.

Responsibilities of all staff

All staff, headed by a Director, are involved in achieving the objectives of the quality policy and have primary responsibility for the quality of their work. Objective of the policy is effectively improving the quality of operations and market competitiveness. To ensure the implementation of the quality policy, a documented quality system has been established in accordance with ISO 9001:2008. Of all the staff are expected to strictly comply with the provisions set in the documents of the constituted quality system.
